Panache is owned an
operated by the El Sayed family, former
owners of Encore, the renowned Toronto
restaurant. Mostafa El Sayed is former
vice-president of the Skyline Hotel Chain
and the Old Mill Restaurant and a former
director of the Toronto Convention and
Visitors’ Bureau. Educated in the
German Alps, Mr. El Sayed has worked in
some of the finest hotels of Europe.
Susan El Sayed was educated in England
and has a background in design and
administration.
